Delivery Policy

Our products are dispatched usually 1 day after payment is verified. Item will not be shipped until payment is fully received. Delivery will usually take about 2-3 working days through professional couriers, but very occasionally up to 7 working days. Weekend or after hours delivery are not available. Please be aware, that we do our best to have the goods shipped out to you after payment has cleared, but delays can occur for various reasons. Please allow for flexibility.Local Pickup is available.

We also offer:

1. parcel tracking via our delivery partner.
2. Complete shipping insurance to ensure you are protected throughout the delivery process.
3. Full replacement or refund of your order in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit.

Requirements To Sign For Delivery

All of our items will require a signature; please ensure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered.

Missed Delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. This will detail how many further delivery attempts we will make before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. if you fail to collect your item and it is returned to us we are not responsible for the resend cost of your item if you would like like a refund if this was to happen we would have to deduct the original P&P.
